Our Process at New Way Carpet Cleaning
Step 1
Pre-Inspection:
- At New Way Carpet Cleaning, our technicians inspect all rugs to identify any stains, damage, or discoloration.
- Once inspected, our rugs will first enter our industrial-strength dusting machine, which will knock out any dirt and grime as well as fine particles and allergens.
- After that, rugs may be pre-treated with a proprietary blend of green products that will help take out any dirt or oils that may be stuck deep in your rug's fibers.
Step 2
Dusting:
- A very important step to achieving a thorough and proper cleaning is to dry dust every carpet. Trapped dirt, grime, and allergens can be deeply embedded in the carpet that regular washing alone cannot take out.
Step 3
Pre-Spraying:
- Our Experienced technicians then pre-spray any soils and stains helping to loosen up dirt and grime preparing delicate fibers for our hand held pressure wash

Step 4
The Wash:
- We use a handheld pressure washing method in order to wash. New Way Carpet Cleaning is proud to be one of the only area rug cleaners in Toronto who wash both the front and the back of each rug by hand with care and attention. We use a proven combination of green soaps as well as soft water in order to return your rugs feeling & looking their best! - Our water softening system allows your rug fibers to have excess minerals and buildup to wash out, which is a key step in being able to return your rug FEELING better and not just looking better.

Step 5
Rinsing & Wringing:
- Carpets are then moved onto our commercial rinse and wringing machine. This step ensures all excess eco-friendly soap and products are rinsed out of your carpet using fresh water before squeezing the excess water out.
Step 6
Finishing/Drying:
- Once our rugs finally move on from our wringer machine, which squeezes out over 90% of the moisture, we hang the carpets up in our engineered dry room which allows us to have carpets dry and without any odors in 12 hours
